Seton Hill University is seeking candidates for a full-time opening for Director of CareerWorks. This position supervises the CareerWorks Department including all responsibilities related to career counseling and the internship program. The candidate will also promote an increased awareness of entrepreneurial skill development across all academic programs and liberal arts curriculum.
Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in career counseling as well as in managing internships, externships, practicums and other experiential education. A master’s degree in counseling, student affairs or related field is required; graduate degree in career counseling preferred.
Successful candidate will be a data driven decision maker, proficient in cultivating partnerships within the university and external communities and be resourceful and creative in their leadership approach.
