As the U.S. Small Business Administration’s assistant administrator for women’s business ownership, Ana Recio Harvey is the director of the SBA’s Office of Women’s Business Ownership. She oversees the agency’s efforts to promote the growth of women-owned businesses through programs that provide business training and counseling, access to credit and capital, and multiple business and networking opportunities. Julia E. Trimarchi Cuccaro, Attorney at Law

Julia E. Trimarchi Cuccaro is a native of Indiana County, Pennsylvania where she currently owns and operates her own law firm and several family businesses including Foremost Consumer Discount Company, which grants consumer loans to Pennsylvania residents, and the Valley Conservation Land & Tree Company, which owns and operates Trim Tree Nursery. Symposium Presentation: Why You Should Consider Exporting as a Part of Your Business Growth Plan
Lyn Doverspike has served as Director of the Pittsburgh office of the U.S. commercial Service since 2003.  Ms. Doverspike and her staff address the exporting needs of companies in 36 of the 67 counties of Pennsylvania and regularly provide assistance to companies in export consulting, foreign market intelligence reporting, overseas business-to-business matchmaking, advocacy and commercial diplomacy. Gayle Nuppnau, Procurement Liaison, PA Department of General Services, Bureau of Small Business Opportunities
Symposium Presentation: Doing Business with the Commonwealth
Gayle Nuppnau is the Procurement Liaison, for the PA Dept. of General Services, Bureau of Small Business Opportunities (BSBO).  She is responsible for reviewing contracts and implementing the Small Diverse Business program.  Additionally, she educates small businesses on state contracting policies and procedures by providing technical workshops, marketing and verification assistance.
